Steps of a Listing Transaction.

This section provides training on marketing yourself as a real estate professional and outlines prospecting tools to make you successful.  In addition, Form Trainers® provides scripts for you to use in lead generation.


Home Staging
Form Trainers® has teamed-up with Barbara Schwarz of StagedHomes.com, the innovator of “staging".  Staging sets the scene throughout the house to create immediate buyer interest in your clients property.  Ms. Schwarz has taught the art of staging to nearly one million agents.  Her techniques are accepted and understood nationwide.  In this section, Ms. Schwarz provides her knowledge about home staging and how it can increase your sales volume.


As a broker, I have replaced the majority of our office training with the Form Trainers online training. It would be impossible for me to train my agents on the large number of subjects that the online training has available.
